Our Operations Management team has years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, retrofitting, and replacing building systems such as HVAC, fire suppression, electrical power, roofing, structural, and energy management. Through deployment of our proven work order management and workflow systems, we can deliver both preventative and predicative maintenance programs to insure the longevity of the systems and overall tenant comfort. Doing so with an eye toward cost controls and utility conservation allows our clients to be confident that they are getting the most out of their buildings at minimal expense.

Facility Management

Facility Management encompasses the elements of Property Management but expands and further focuses the service model to ensure the functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology.

We understand that providing Facility Management Services to owners and users of real estate is about providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the employees that work in those facilities each day.
