Joseph M. Saponaro is IRG's General Counsel, providing strategic legal guidance across the company's nationwide commercial and industrial real estate platform. With more than 20 years of legal experience and executive leadership, he advises on corporate governance, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Valerie is a Vice President with IRG Realty Advisors currently overseeing the Facility Management Group. She is responsible for the overall execution plan for all facilities, which include full site facility management of a Fortune 100 company’s 5M square feet corporate campus, with budgets exceeding $20M annually.

Lee is the Senior Vice President, Director of Planning, Design and Construction and has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is extremely knowledgeable in all disciplines and product types of the commercial real estate industry and has worked with a vast array of clients over his career.
